How to Find Angel Investor was born out of our own journey to raise capital for our company DBC Technologies Ltd. a Restaurant Marketing, CRM and Online ordering platform.
We met many startups and early-stage funding seekers in our fundraising journey all struggling with the same fear at angel network meetings.
How do I find angel investor if nobody at this event is interested in me?
What do I do next?
We found the answer in LinkedIn.
As DBC Technologies Ltd. is all built upon our small business CRM which was tweaked to work specifically to help restaurants make more money 3 years ago, we realized we already had the solution in our own restaurant marketing, CRM, and online ordering platform.
Our CRM was initially built to help small businesses, coaches etc. prospect for customers on LinkedIn.
DBC Technologies Ltd.’s co-founder Craig Peloquin. even wrote a book about the system he developed to utilize a CRM to allow prospecting on LinkedIn to be easy and possible in 10 minutes a day on a free LinkedIn account.
The problem with LinkedIn prospecting on a Free account, or even a paid one, is keeping track of who you tried to connect with, vs. who did connect, vs. who was interested and where they are at.
Following up with future messages to a segmented list on a free version of LinkedIn was very difficult.
As you are likely looking for a combination of Angel Investors, Pre-Seen Investors, and Early Stage Investors, all which need a slightly different approach and followup, the problem just gets worse.
It gets worse, imagine the feeling of sending out 10 connection requests per day, then waking up the next morning to 3 angel investors connecting back. Woohooo you are done, they are going to jump all over your deal. Right?
Hmmmm nope, in fact they simply connect back and say nothing. So, you ask them if they are an active Angel investor. They say yes. Woohoooo done deal right?
Hmmmm nope again. Ouch. They say they do not invest in your sector. Double OUCH! What next.
Well, here is the POWER of the DBC Angel Investor, Early-Stage Investor, and Pre-Seed investor system.
We share!
Imagine if you could expand your reach.
What if you could get a quicker way to Angel Investors who are in your sector?
You are going to love this.
When you get an angel investor who says they are not in your sector, you simply add a tag in our CRM to let they system know the sector they are in, and another to say they do not fit you and you want to share.
Our system then finds the deals in our network and sends the appropriate deal to the angel Angel investor.
For every Angel investor you tag as share. You earn the ability to have one deal shared with you.
So not only does the DBC Angel Investor Linkedin system help you find your own Angel Investor, it allows you to leverage the collective group to get to your target investor faster.
Ready to try reaching out to an ulimited number of Angel Investors who can help to make your dreams come true?
